Business Development Director, AI(Hybrid Work)

KKLab is seeking a high caliber business development director to lead the BD team to set the comprehensive strategy for KKLab's primary business Recommend HQ. Recommend HQ is a recommendation engine for marketing and operation department to orchestrate MarTech SaaS and personalized user experience aligning with the business strategies.

As the BD director, you will manage the sales pipeline and build the resell channel by connecting sales team with SA, PM and DevOps teams. Meanwhile you will be expected to act as business owner to evaluate customer needs with product roadmap to lead the business from 10 to 100 customers.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with smart interpersonal skills and passionate about diversity, user experience and B2B business. This role reports into the General manager of KKLab.

PSA: You will design your own sales incentive program. 

BD Managers' Responsibilities

  • Generate customers from 10 to 100 in 18 months
  • Lead the sales team of 2~3 in-house BD
  • Build the resell channels from 2 to 10
  • Manage the sales pipeline and close the deals with product team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development in software or internet industries.
  • Advanced skills in deal closing and lead generation.
  • Experience building and leading a sales team
  • Experience building inbound channels and partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated sales pitch skills, price negotiation techniques and agreements finalizing
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
